Marie Bacuvier, Managing Partner of the London office and bilingual Attorney at Law focusing on French labour law, built her experience serving French and international clients (employers and high-level executives), both in Paris and in London where she has lived for more than 15 years. She practices in all areas of French labour and employment law, providing legal advice and assisting clients on litigation matters (drafting contracts, mobility, settlement agreements, disciplinary measures, dismissals and contract termination, M&A, negotiation of collective agreements, employee savings and incentive plans, social security).
Registered with both the Paris Bar and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, Marie is duly entitled to practice in the UK under her title of origin and to plead before the French Courts.
